We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for summer dates and weekends. For custom charters or special occasions, 4-6 weeks notice is ideal. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on yacht availability.
We offer flexible cancellation up to 7 days before your scheduled excursion with full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a 50% fee. Weather-related cancellations by us are always fully refundable or reschedulable.
Absolutely! Our chefs can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. Please inform us of any restrictions at least 48 hours before your excursion.
Yes, children are welcome on most excursions. We recommend children be at least 5 years old for comfort and safety. Life jackets are provided for all ages. Please let us know if you'll be bringing children so we can prepare accordingly.
