With over 20 years of maritime experience and a passion for Canada's coastal ecosystems, Cameron founded Novicern to share the beauty of our waters with discerning travelers. His vision combines luxury, safety, and environmental responsibility.
Our Professional Crew
Beyond our leadership team, Novicern employs a dedicated crew of certified captains, marine biologists, hospitality professionals, and support staff.
